How Clara answers calls

When Clara answers a call on your behalf, the conversation follows a natural flow designed to collect the information you need while keeping the caller comfortable.

The call flow

  1. Greeting — Clara introduces herself using your business name. For example: “Hi there, welcome to Roberts Plumbing. I’m the virtual assistant, how can I help you today?”
  2. Understanding the enquiry — Clara asks what the caller needs help with, letting them explain in their own words.
  3. Collecting details — depending on your setup, Clara will ask for the caller’s name, phone number, location, and any other details relevant to your trade.
  4. Closing — Clara confirms the details and lets the caller know you’ll be in touch.
